ORDER & SHIPPING INFO

After you have made ​​your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
We'll be shipping your item within 24-48 hours if available in stock.
If your item is not available in stock, we reserve 25 days to ship it to you.
If you live in Portugal, delivery usually takes 4 days. if You live in other european country, you will receive your package within 6 days. For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 10 days.
Remember that the delivery times include working days only, and that holidays are not considered.

We use registered mail. A signature is needed on delivery. Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.


PAYMENT

You may select PayPal as a payment method.

This service is safe, simple to use and allows you to pay by credit card Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
By clicking on CHECKOUT, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.


TRACKING THE DELIVERY

To know your order status, please contact us sending an email to customercare@queequeg-store.com. You will receive an email with this information.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You are always our priority. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases on our store. If you are not happy with your item, our return and exchange policy is simple and it will help you.

You can return any item purchased on our store within 15 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

- First, send us an email to customercare@queequeg-store.com indicating your intention to return within 5 days of delivery.
- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in.
- Do not wash or wear your QUEEQUEG item prior to emailing us requesting a return or exchange.
- You will receive an email from us with the instructions on returning items. After that, the item must be returned within 10 days.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after 10 days period after you contact us has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
